We are offering a Delivery Discount Day once a week to most metropolitan areas. Please proceed with a Postcode Check to see when we deliver to your area and when this special offer applies:

We provide several delivery time options that have been structured to suit your personal needs.:

The cut off time for orders is 12 midnight on the day prior to delivery.

A flat rate of $14 per delivery applies to most metropolitan areas, with a minimum order of only $20 required. Most metropolitan areas have a Discount Delivery Day, on which delivery is reduced to $10. Higher delivery fees may apply to greater metropolitan areas or for special conditions. If you require delivery to an area not listed in the postcode check on the home page, other arrangements may be possible (eg delivery to a transport company). Please call our customer service number 1300 304 348 to discuss these alternatives.

Due to our quality assured delivery and packaging systems, you do not need to be home to receive your order unless alcohol has been purchased. All perishable products are packaged in polystyrene boxes layered with ice packs that will last for over 5 hours in high temperatures.

Note, however, that once items are left no responsibility is taken by bananablue.  Therefore we encourage you to provide additional delivery instructions during the checkout process:
• Enter side gate and leave around the back.
• Leave on right side of house in the shade hidden from road.
• Leave in front porch behind wall.

Alcohol
If you order alcohol , so that we are able to make sure that you are of legal age, we need you to be home to accept delivery. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery time, and have your driver’s licence, passport or official proof of age card ready for our delivery driver.
