On behalf of our team I am writing to let you know what we're doing to prioritise your, and all of our stakeholders, health and wellbeing, whilst shopping with us amidst concerns about COVID-19.

As you would expect of us we remain unwavering in taking on board our responsibility to help stop the spread of the virus, and to show compassion to one another. We are in constant dialogue with our team and our community to consider and take the precautions needed to protect everyone's health.

We have made necessary arrangements to receive regular updates and information. To keep you, our team, contractors and visitors safe. We are reacting and adapting to the situation as it evolves. We are taking guidance from the Australian and South Australian Government Department of Health on their recommended key preventative measures.

We will continue to take great care to provide you and our team a superior and safe environment to shop and work. We have taken extra steps to clean and sanitise across our stores and more frequently. These steps also extend to our support offices and back of house areas as well as our delivery teams. All our drivers are equipped with, and instructed to, wear masks and use sanitising gels. However, as an added precaution, all deliveries will be contactless and we will not be doing any customer unpacks during this time. Please ensure you have arrangements in place to assist with timely unpacking of your orders and we look forward to resuming our service as soon as possible.

We want to continue to be accessible and able to assist you. Our core purpose is to provide our online customers a safe, superior and convenient grocery shopping experience. We remain grateful for your custom and understanding. Rest assured we are doing everything we possibly can to keep our community safe and deliver on our great online grocery service.
